1. Sink in basement bathroom: on the to-do list
2. Hand rail on front porch; M.D. Amstead to fix (M. Forbes will inquire about the completion timeframe)
3. Annual Employee Reviews for (past due):
a. Rich Crittenden, Pete LePrevost and Lyman Thompson
4. Policy for work done on walls/structures, etc. in right of ways
5. Salt usage policy/procedures.

4:30pm: Maggie Barkin to discuss landscaping boundary between her house and the Town Hall

4. M.G.L Chapter 142: accept section to allow part time inspectors to perform work in the town they inspect for (DT)
5. Letter to the camps regarding camp inspection fees increase; sign and mail
6. Electrical and Plumbing/Gas Inspector reappointments
o Advertisement for Electrical Inspectors
7. Raising building department re-inspection fees (including electrical and plumbing/gas) from $35 to $55 (DT)
8. Review vacant appointed positions
o Place ad in Aug Monterey News; interested citizen to join Employee Compensation Committee
9. Documents regarding Bally Gally affordable housing project
10. Review and amend Personnel Policy
11. Update/Revise Bylaws:
o Telecommunications
o Alarms
